2026 9U Advanced Evaluation Schedule

Evaluations will be held at The Dome (334 Energy Way, Red Deer County)
Due to space limitations, all RDMBA evaluations will be closed, no spectators will be permitted under any circumstances.
Players are required to bring:
- Clean indoor shoes
- All personal equipment including glove, bat, batting helmet, catchers gear etc.
- Water bottle (only water permitted on the field)
**Please arrive 10 minutes early, so you have time to check in and be ready to step onto the field at your designated start time.**
Players are required to bring:
- Clean indoor shoes (no cleats)
- Glove
- Bat (if they have one)
- Water bottle (only water permitted on the field)
- Batting Helmet
To help make scheduling easier for families, we have included a form below for anyone who has a non-negotiable commitment that evening and needs a specific evaluation time. If your player does not have a conflict on March 25, please do not fill out the form. The form is intended only for families who absolutely need a specific time due to another commitment.
The form will remain open until Friday, March 13. After that date, the form will close, groups will be posted, and no changes will be made to evaluation times.
