RDMBA Refund Policy
RDMBA Refund Policy:
To initiate a refund request, a Request for Refund Submission Form must be completed for any and all withdrawals by players. A minimum administrative fee shall be deducted from all refunds, with the exception of import players who are released from evaluations.
Grassroots (Rally Cap T-Ball, Rally Cap, and 9U) 11U A to 18U A:
- Player withdrawal will incur a $25 administrative fee until the regular registration deadline of March 1, 2025.
- Player withdrawal from March 2 to April 1, 2025, will be subject to a $50 administrative fee.
- Refunds will not be issued after April 1, 2025, for player withdrawals.
AA/AAA registrants:
- A player may request a full refund, less a $25 administrative fee, up until the regular registration deadline of January 15, 2025.
- Withdrawals from January 16, 2025, up until midnight on the day preceding the first evaluation date for their respective division will incur a $50 administrative fee.
- Once a player participates in evaluations, they will no longer be eligible for withdrawal refunds. *This policy does not apply to players reassigned from AAA to AA or from AA/AAA to A, as these players will receive reimbursement for the difference in fees between the divisions, minus the evaluation fee*
- If a player fails to withdraw prior to the aforementioned deadlines and does not attend evaluations, they will forfeit their evaluation fee.
Player suspensions issued for disciplinary reasons are not eligible for refunds.
Refund requests related to player injuries will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and must be supported by medical documentation.
