2026 Evaluation Dates

RDMBA makes every effort to secure evaluation hours that avoid school holidays and accommodate as many players / evaluators as possible, however we are still at the mercy of what times are available for booking. 

Main Evaluation

All players are required to attend their scheduled Main Evaluation session in order to be considered for the next stage of the evaluation process.

Main Evaluation sessions will be divided into groups and held within the designated evaluation time blocks. 
At this time, we do not have finalized group assignments or session times, as these will depend on total registration numbers.
Further details will be shared once registration is closed and scheduling is complete.

Callbacks

Callbacks are reserved for players who have been selected to continue in the evaluation process based on their performance in the Main Evaluation.

Details regarding Callbacks will be provided to selected players following the Main Evaluation sessions.

Evaluation Grouping Request

RDMBA makes every effort to accommodate players’ non-negotiable commitments and other extracurricular schedules. However, due to the large number of players participating each season and our time constraints, we are not always able to fulfill every request.

If your player has a non-negotiable, pre-existing commitment that conflicts with the main evaluation sessions, please complete the form below.

All grouping requests must be submitted prior to registration closing or before groupings are posted. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any requests once registration has closed and evaluation groupings have been posted.

The form will allow you to indicate your player's availability or unavailability during the main evaluation dates.

Important Notes:

• Commitments such as practices, regular season games, or general availability do not qualify as non-negotiable.

• Before submitting a request, please explore all possible options to attend the scheduled evaluation dates (e.g., coordinating with hockey and/or other sport coaches to adjust warm-up plans or schedule affiliates etc.).

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to create the best experience for all players.
