Annual General Meeting - January 5, 2026
Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for January 5, 2026, and we encourage all parents and guardians to attend, get involved, and consider volunteering. Dedicated volunteers are essential to the continued success of our programs, helping us support a growing number of young athletes in a fun, structured, and passionate baseball community.

Process: All nominations must be submitted in advance using our official Nomination Form. Nominations will be reviewed by our AGM Nominations Committee as per our updated bylaws.
