Now Accepting 11U-13U AA Head Coach Applications

Red Deer Minor Baseball Association is now accepting applications for our

11U - 18U AA Coach positions.

Deadline to apply - December 31st, 2024

Roles Available:

Head Coach of the RDMBA 11U - 18U AA Rangers teams (10 - 18 years of age).

Assistant Coach applications are accepted and submitted to the chosen Head Coach for consideration as all Head Coaches select their own coaching staff.

Position Responsibilities: To coach, encourage, develop and mentor our athletes in accordance to the policies as well as codes of conduct and ethics of RDMBA and Baseball Alberta.  All selected coaches are to adhere to the league schedules and attend all mandatory events set forth by RDMBA and Baseball Alberta. To represent RDMBA respectfully, and with pride, setting a positive example to your players at all times when in contact with opposing teams, officials and spectators.

Qualifications: 

Applicants must have a strong knowledge of the game of baseball and have the ability to effectively relay that knowledge to the players.

Applicants must be willing to attain any and all NCCP required certifications. Successful applicants would also be required to submit a recent Criminal Record Check.

Applicants that have played and/or coached at a post secondary level would have a strong advantage.

Submission Deadline:  December 31st, 2024.
