2026 AGM
Registration is now open for the Red Deer Minor Baseball Association (RDMBA) Annual General Meeting, taking place on January 5, 2026. The AGM provides an opportunity to review association objectives, present the proposed 2026 budget, and conduct elections for the Board of Directors.
RDMBA is a volunteer-driven, non-profit organization and one of the largest minor baseball associations in the province. As our association continues to grow, volunteer involvement remains essential. In addition to Board positions, members are encouraged to support RDMBA through committee-based roles in areas such as facilities, fundraising, evaluations, and other key functions.
RDMBA follows an early nomination process for Board of Director positions. All candidates are vetted prior to the AGM, and validated nominations are presented to members at the meeting. If only one valid nomination is received for a position, the candidate is elected by ordinary resolution. If multiple nominations are received, a vote will take place in accordance with RDMBA bylaws.
AGM registration is required to attend and closes at midnight on January 4, 2026.
To be eligible to vote at the AGM, members must complete 2026 season player registration.
