Davin Gulbransen named 13U AAA Mr Suds Braves Head Coach

Red Deer Minor Baseball Association is pleased to announce that Davin Gulbransen will be retuning as our 13U AAA Mr. Suds Braves Head Coach for the 2024 season. 

Davin was born and raised in Red Deer and began playing baseball in the city when he was 13 years of age. Playing all through his youth, Davin went on to play four years at Huntington University in Huntington Indiana, 2 years in the Swedish Elite Baseball League and finally a season for the Redland Rays in Australia. After returning to Red Deer Davin has played for both the Stags and then Riggers for going on 30 years, competing in 12 Senior Men’s Nationals, winning a National Bronze Medal with the Riggers in 2017. Davin has coached youth baseball for the past 7 years including the all girls RDMBA Pink Braves, 4A Red Deer Blue Jays, and served as an assistant coach for the 2021 silver medalist 11U AA1 Dicks Auto Braves.  Davin serves as Vice President of Baseball Operations for the RDMBA Board of Directors.   

Davin is looking forward to many great new memories with the 2024 13U AAA MR Suds Braves.  We wish Davin and his team a wonderful season!
