RDMBA encourages volunteers to coach our young athletes. Coaches can have a positive impact on our players and can develop long lasting friendships. If you have the desire to lead our kids with passion and encouragement in a positive manner you can contact the RDMBA office for more information.

All A(Provincial), AA and AAA Coaches MUST be registered in the NCCP system. Simply go to http://nccp.baseball.ca/register.php and register. New coaches will be required to pay $37.45 to enter the system and receive access to the Coach Initiation in Sport Module. Coaches will then have a choice to take either Coach Initiation in Baseball (Rally Cap) or Coach Initiation in Baseball (Fundamentals), depending on what level they plan to coach. Completing Coach Initiation in Baseball (Fundamentals) Online Module will enable coaches to register for in-person workshops. Coaches who have already taken the Level 1 Technical in the old NCCP system may check the box stating they have done so and the $37.45 fee will be waived.

RDMBA believes strongly in investing in our coaches and will reimburse you for any NCCP and Respect in sport courses you are required to or wishing to take.
Just Keep your receipts and submit to bookkeeper@reddeerminorbaseball.com along with your name and mailing address. (This only applies to coaches coaching a RDMBA team in the current season)
**Please compile all receipts and submit in one email for reimbursement, cheques will be processed once a month, at the end of April, May and June**
